Customer and User accounts:

Users who register for an account must provide accurate and updated information.  This information is private, and we will not distribute it.  As such you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your user account or password.  Contact us immediately if you believe there is a security problem with your account. All transactions on your account are your responsibility.  We reserve all rights to terminate accounts and refuse shipment.

Warranty and Returns:

All products sold come with the manufacturer's warranty.  Product conformance and approvals vary depending upon the manufacturer. Please consult their appropriate website for these guidelines.  All warranties start from their date of manufacture.  Returns are accepted up to 14 days from their date of shipment provided the items have not been installed and in their original packaging.  Credit will not be issued to items that have paint or body damage.  Customers must request and fill out a RMA form first before returning the item.  The return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.
